General Requirements for Mortgage Application

  • Indonesian Citizen (WNI)
  • Minimum age 21 and maximum 55 years (at the end of the loan term)
  • Has a stable monthly income
  • Minimum work period: 1 year (employee) / 2 years (entrepreneur/professional)
  • No history of problematic credit

Required Documents

For Employees

  • Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) & Family Card (KK)
  • Photocopy of Tax ID (NPWP)
  • Last 3 months' payslips
  • Employment certificate
  • Last 3 months' bank statements/savings records
  • Photocopy of certificate/sale deed/IMB (if available)

For Entrepreneurs/Professionals

  • Photocopy of ID Card (KTP) & Family Card (KK)
  • Photocopy of Tax ID (NPWP)
  • Last 3 months' bank statements/savings records
  • Business License (SIUP/TDP) or Business Certificate
  • Simple financial statement
  • Photocopy of certificate/sale deed/IMB (if available)
